I dont normally make purchases of this size without several comparisons and related research. However, I could tell... from my initial talks with Laura that she knew her stuff. Upon meeting Todd, Dr. Garbutt and his additional surgical staff, I knew I chose the right practice to have this treatment performed. I just had the surgery yesterday however the follow up and pre operation attention I have received has been excellent. I am anxious to see the new look when it eventually comes in. Dr. Garbutt was patient and explained everything thoroughly including issues that could only be discovered immediately prior to the procedure. For years, I thought about doing the hair transplant procedure but I was reluctant to do it until Nov 2021 when I met... with Todd the medical director and Dr. Garbutt at MyHairTransplantMD. What a great experience it was. Needless to say after they explained the procedure and what they can do for me, I went ahead with the procedure and all I have to say I wish I have done it sooner. A year later I went from having literally no hair on the top of my head to having great hair and even greater hair line. The procedure was painless… but I did have very minor pain for short period afterwards. My hair looks so good now, but I want more so I decided to schedule another procedure to make the hair even thicker then what it is now. For anyone who has been thinking about the procedure but been putting it off, I say talk to the staff at MyHairTransplantMD you won’t regret it. I felt in great hands during the entire process. Sylvia and Mellisa and Z were wonderful. Made me comfortable and are... really caring. Dr. G was very knowledgeable and with all of his experience I felt confident I was getting the best work done. He spent time going over drawing the hairline and nothing felt rushed. I got FUT and the Dr did the removal of the strip and the first part of the procedure with placements. Then Sylvia and Mellisa and Zaida took over and all three of them placed the grafts. Laura was great too. She called to check in many time and walked me through all the steps. Just got it done so will add photos when I see results. Dr. Garbut and all of the staff, Todd and especially the ladies were amazing. It had taken me a year of doing research... to finally choose a place for my surgery. I was skeptical at first if it was going to work and 5 months later I can see great results. I’m very happy I’ve done it and would highly recommend this procedure and Dr. Garbut to anyone who’s debating whether to do it or not. Just know that for a full set of hair, if you may have to do the procedure 2-3 times, depending on your hair loss stage.read more

How does one actually start a review that is more about the customer service and attentiveness that Laura and the team... at MyHairTransplantMD. My boyfriend is a country music singer and actor. Especially after Covid his hair fell out tremendously. I noticed that... it was affecting his confidence both in his profession and in life. The doctor at my hair transplant MD walked us through the procedure Drew out a map of his head and showed us how many graphs and where the transplants would go. It made me feel very comfortable that we were in capable hands and has the procedure happened and now being home I can see where the new hair will grow in We both feel very great about our choice as to where to have it done. From the very beginning Laura was amazing and made me feel like she genuinely cared. She answered my every question in... detail and checked up on me periodically before and after the procedure. I had shopped around different hair restoration places for about a year and I always had a sense that the doctor was... trying to sell me the most expensive procedure along with a bunch of expensive products to go along with the procedure. After my consultation with Todd I knew that 'My Hair MD' was a different type of company. After going over how many grafts I needed and the type of procedure I was going to get (FUT), I scheduled a time to come in and finally get my hair back. The day of the procedure went as smooth as possible. I had got into the office about 10am, filled out paperwork, then I worked with Dr. Garbutt to structure my hairline. Once my hairline was complete, I was put to sleep. They woke me up for a good Mediterranean lunch, then shortly after I went back to sleep and woke up around 6pm and they were done. Besides getting numbed (which isn't that bad), the process was painless. A week later I came back to get my stitches out, (which is only because I got an FUT opposed to FUE) Todd assured me, all I had to do now is wait for the hair to grow.... and boy did it grow fast. They gave me an expectation that full results will appear in a years time. The before pictures of me in the gown are right before my procedure was done at the office and the second before picture was right after the procedure was done after I cut the rest of my hair off. The after pictures I have posted are only 5 months after the procedure! My hair is only getting thicker and fuller. I cannot thank Todd & Dr. Garbutt enough, I am beyond satisfied with my investment so far, and there is still more to go!read more

I'm so happy I came to this place. Not only did they do such a great job with my hair transplant, but the whole entire... staff treats you like family and make sure your comfortable the whole way through. Dr. Garbutt is a great guy and doctor and Jeri is amazing! She always keeps up with your progress and cares very much. I just got my procedure done almost two months ago and I'm starting to see results little by little. Just understand it is a process and patience is needed, but what they do here is amazing.
